Admissions Process

Admissions Process

Students applying for Kindergarten must interview with an admissions staff member or Kindergarten teacher.

Step One

Initial Expression of interest is submitted and we send you our application package.

Step Two

We will invite you to an information session about our school outlining its values, beliefs and school programs. These sessions are offered on a regular schedule in our admissions office or in the community to help you understand our school values, beliefs and programs.

Step Three

Once we have received the documentation your child is offered an appointment for an assessment test or interview.
Students applying for Nursery, and Reception must interview with an admissions staff member or Kindergarten teacher.
Students applying for year 1 to 5 will take an assessment test in Math and English and participate in an interview process.

Step Four

We will review all of the files including previous school reports and assessment test results before the admissions committee makes a final decision. Families are usually notified within 7 days of testing about whether your child has been accepted and for what year level.

Step Five

If admission is accepted parents are required to pay the registration fee to reserve a place for the following year. The first tuition payment must be received prior to the deadline to guarantee the place.
We will require some additional documents and information before the first day of school to complete our records and prepare your child for their first day of school.
